ZTE appoints Yan Xiao as deputy CEO and Rajat Mukarji as chief corporate officer for its Indian operations
Chinese telecom gear maker ZTE has appointed Yan Xiao as the new deputy chief executive officer (CEO) for its Indian operations. Yan is the vice president of ZTE Corporation. Prior to his new role, he was serving as the CEO of ZTE’s Myanmar operations.
Yan will report to ZTE India CEO Peng Aiguang and will specifically look after telco partners such as Bharti Airtel, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Reliance Jio besides focusing on ZTE’s government and enterprise customers in the country.
Further, ZTE has appointed Rajat Mukarji as the chief corporate officer of ZTE India. He has most recently served Idea Cellular as the chief corporate affairs officer.
