Unlimit launches R&D centre in Bengaluru to promote innovations in IoT

Reliance ADA Group’s subsidiary, Unlimit has launched its research and development (R&D) centre in Bengaluru to promote innovations in the internet of things (IoT) domain.

According to the company, the R&D centre will focus on customised projects, supply chain, connected vehicles and industry 4.0. Further, it will play a key role in the company’s expansion strategy of generating $200 million (Rs 13.80 billion) revenue by 2020.

To this end, Unlimit has partnered with IoT stakeholders such as Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Cisco Jasper, PTC, Software AG Cumulocity IoT, and IBM Watson IoT to provide IoT solutions in automotive, industry 4.0 and supply chain.

At present, the IoT service provider has about 500 certified partners across the country to provide IoT offerings ranging from managed connectivity, device management, application platform and any form of analytics.
