Samsung India has appointed Brian Kim and Soon Choi as the heads of mobile phones and consumer electronics, respectively. They replace Ken Kang and TH Park, who have been moved back to Seoul, South Korea after completing five years in India.

Meanwhile, Asim Warsi, who has been heading mobile phone marketing, has now been given the additional responsibility to head the company’s online business across all products. Warsi has also been appointed as the global vice-president. Meanwhile, Dipesh Shah, who leads the company’s research and development operations in India, has been promoted as the global senior vice-president.

Among other changes in the Indian team, Mohandeep Singh, sales head for mobiles, has been given additional responsibilities of handling sales support and compliance. Further, Raju Antony Pullan, who was handling sales support and compliance for the mobile phone business, has now been appointed as sales and distribution head for the TV and white goods business. Meanwhile, Alok Pathak, the sales head for northeast has now been appointed as sales head of all-India operations for consumer electronics.
