Google launches Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL priced at Rs 61,000 and Rs 73,000

Google has launched two new smartphones Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL in India. The Pixel 2 smartphone comes with a 5.00-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels whereas Pixel 2 XL sports a 6.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels at a PPI of 538 pixels per inch. Both smartphones are powered by 1.9 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4 GB of RAM. The Pixel 2 packs 32GB and Pixel 2 XL with 64 GB of storage which is non-expandable. The handsets run on Android 8.0.0. Google Pixel 2 is powered by a 2,700 mAh whereas Pixel 2 XL is powered by 3,520 mAh non removable battery. Both the smartphones are equipped with a 12.2-megapixel primary rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options for both smartphones include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phones include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope and Barometer. Google Pixel 2 is priced at Rs 61,000 and Pixel 2 XL is priced at Rs 73,000.
