First Carlyle Ventures Mauritius sells 9.86 per cent stake in Cyient

Foreign portfolio investor First Carlyle Ventures Mauritius has sold its entire holding in IT firm Cyient Limited through an open market transaction for an estimated value of Rs 6.04 billion.
According to a BSE filing, First Carlyle Ventures Mauritius sold 11 million shares representing 9.86 per cent stake of Cyient Limited. These shares were offloaded on October 31, 2017 based on the weighted average price of Rs 544.43 a piece.
