Telit launches new module in the xL865 family to offer NBIoT

Telit announced it is expanding its popular xL865 family of cost optimized compact modules to include a long term evolution (LTE) Cat NB1 series. The addition makes it the industry’s only quad-flat no-leads (QFN) module family to offer low power wide area (LPWA) narrow band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) connectivity, compatible with existing 2G and 3G models.

• Regulatory certification scope: Europe – RED/GCF; China – CCC

• Dual-band LTE FDD B8 900MHz, B20 800MHz

• Industrial temperature range -40 to +85 °C
