TTML reports an increase in net loss during the quarter ended June 2017

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) has reported an increase in its net loss from Rs 1.08 billion during the quarter ended June 2016 to Rs 4.81 billion during the quarter ended June 2017. This can be attributed to a decline in the operator’s total income from Rs 7.45 billion to Rs 5.54 billion during the same period.
Moreover, the operator’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) declined from Rs 2.13 billion during the quarter ended June 2016 to Rs 1.19 billion during the quarter ended June 2017.
