Intex Technologies appoints Arun Kumar as advisor

Intex Technologies has appointed Arun Kumar as advisor. Kumar has more than 35 years of experience in human resource (HR). In this role, he would be responsible for the gradual transformation of the company’s policies to enhance employee engagement in delivering business goals. Kumar would be working at the macro-level to enhance the leadership capacity and talent management of the company.

Prior to this, Kumar has worked with organisations including K.K. Modi Group, Escorts JCB Limited and Hindustan Lever Limited where he brought people agenda to the forefront of business decision making processes. He has completed an Advance Management Program (AMP 175) from Harvard Business School, US and is a post graduate from Xavier Institute of Social Service in Ranchi.

Commenting on the appointment, Narendra Bansal, chairman and managing director, Intex Technologies, said “Continuing to attract and retain the right people is essential as we consolidate our core skills and strengths across departments.
