MTNL inks a strategic deal with Los Alamos Technical Associates

Mahanagar telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has entered into a strategic pact with US-based Los Alamos Technical Associates (LATA) for launching training programmes on cyber and physical security in India.
MTNL will offer various programmes through its training centres at New Delhi and Mumbai. The operator plans to launch the first programme in partnership with LATA by March 2014. Besides courses on cyber security, other training modules will cover subjects such as risk and crisis management, public safety and disaster management, homeland security and critical infrastructure protection, security operations management, industrial security, fire and safety management etc.
