ZTE to manage Tata Teleservices CDMA network

Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) is likely to award ZTE the contract to manage and expand its CDMA network in the eastern region, say news reports.
ZTE will be responsible for scaling up the operator's network operations in eastern region by about 20 per cent. In case it wins the contract, ZTE will be managing nearly 3, 500 CDMA sites for TATA DOCMO.
Recently, TTSL renewed its contract for the management of its GSM network with ZTE in Orissa, West Bengal and Bihar (including Jharkhand).
